All content has been created with you, the birthing person, and partner's birth and postpartum goals in mind. 

In order to insure that your needs are met all content can be tailored to your country, birthing location, providers, and previous birthing experiences. Whether you've had three babies or are meeting your first baby--this course can be tailored to YOU.

As a Master of Public Health educator, I am here to help guide you towards the data and real-life experiences of others to give you the confidence and knowledge based background that everyone deserves to have going into their perinatal journey.
