• Evidence-based birth advocate for your birth plan

• All forms of birth are supported

• Infant feeding support and education from myself, your Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)

• Comfort measures for labor pain relief discussed, taught, and carried out throughout delivery.

  • All comfort measures are dependent on your desired road map to birth. All variations of comfort measures can be gone over in advance to ensure you and your birth team feel confident and educated throughout the labor process.

• Childbirth education material available to empower your decision making throughout birth

• Up to 3 prenatal visits to review your questions or concerns regarding the upcoming birth of your new family member

• Will ensure mother and partner are doing well and receiving the physical and emotional support needed post-delivery​, and will leave within the 1-2 hours postpartum unless previously requested otherwise​

• 1 - 2 postpartum visits at your home (additional postpartum doula support available upon request)

  • lactation support​

  • newborn care questions or concerns can be answered

  • facilitation of local resources to aid with postpartum rest and recovery
